Return Policy


Do you need to return a product you just received from us? No problem! Kindly read through this section and follow up by reading through our Return and Refund Policies below, and if you have an urgent question, feel free to contact us via our email:  We promise to do everything within our capacity to make you a satisfied customer, but at the same time you must adhere to our policies and procedures.


All our products are of great quality and are as-is. Beards-n-bellys only accepts returns when items are defective, or you have been sent a product other than what you ordered.

We will gladly exchange wrong or defective item(s) within 10 days starting from the day you received the package. If item(s) are not returned within the 10 day deadline, your return request will be denied. No exceptions.



  • Items described as “final sale” and true to what you ordered cannot be returned.
  • Items with unsealed package
  • Item that have been worn, washed, tried on or altered
  • Any and all clearance items are not qualified for return.

Our approval team reserves the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and check if the item(s) meet our Return requirements.


  • Please contact our customer care unit by mail at
  • Include your name, Photo of defective/wrong product and order number/order receipt number
  • Include Request For Authorization in the body of your mail
  • Once we received your mail, a printable Return Authorization form with unique Return Authorization (RA) code will be sent
  • Fill this form and ship it back to us with your order within 10 days of receiving your shipment. 
  • You will be notified when your item gets to our store.
  • Once we received your return, we shall process an exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. Replace with after ship app instructions.

Any packages arriving without the processing through our website will not be considered for return/exchange and will be only returned to the sender at senders’ expense.



Once your returned item is received by us, our Return Approval team will inspect the item and immediately notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check if the item fulfills our Return Approval terms and you will be immediately notified on the status of your item.

If your returned item(s) fulfill all our Return Approval terms, Store credit will be issued within two weeks from return approval date in order to make a purchase for another item from our website.

Store credits are issued with a code and will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.

No order cancelation available or accepted.


If a product in your order is out of stock, full refund covering for the purchase price of that item including taxes shall be made to you.



  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for all  exchange item(s).
  • In the case of free shipping, your refund will be subjected to reduction in relation to ground movement charges.
